The Challenge

Nvidia was in need of a client loyalty program that they can easily manage from a centralized back-office platform. As a global company, Nvidia required a prepaid card solution to facilitate loyalty payments to clients located throughout the world. The goal was to ensure a convenient experience for customers, without requiring an overabundance of resources to manage the front-end and back-end aspects of the program.

The Nvidia Corporation is a multinational technology company based out of Santa Clara, California. The publicly traded company is led by founder and CEO, Jensen Huang.

 

The business has been in operation since 1993, designing graphics processing units (GPUs) for the gaming industry and professional markets. Nvidia also develops system on a chip units (SoCs) for the mobile computing and automotive industries.

The Solution

Partnering with Intercash, Nvidia was able to develop a customized client loyalty payment program, delivering prepaid cards with a loaded balance to customers throughout the world. Additionally, this program acts as a turn-key solution that includes all of the tools necessary to easily manage the front end aspects of the client loyalty payments, while all back-end burdens such as monitoring, reporting, CSR, and card fulfillment are handled by Intercash directly on behalf of the client.

Even with their massive customer base, Nvidia is now able to easily manage their entire client loyalty payment program. Nvidia gained access to PrepaidGate; Intercash’s central back-office platform that controls all of the integrated partners involved in the card-issuing chain in order to deliver payments globally via prepaid Mastercard.  As a true turn-key solution, Intercash’s back-end support has also allowed Nvidia to manage this massive client loyalty payment program without draining the company’s resources.
