NVIDIA was in need of a solution for rewarding loyal customers on a global basis. As a global company, Nvidia required a prepaid card solution to facilitate rewards disbursements to clients located throughout the world. The goal was to ensure a convenient experience for customers, without requiring an overabundance of resources to manage the front-end and back-end aspects of the program. In addition, the key for NVIDIA was to find a cost-effective solution that gave actual value to their clients and not rewards, such as branded merch giveaways, that were ineffective at incentivizing customers.
