March 19, 2020 - The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting people’s lives throughout the world, having an impact on individuals, families, friends and communities as a whole. The virus is also having an effect on the global economy, with businesses worldwide working hard to make sure their employees remain as vigilant as possible during these difficult times. At Intercash, our top priorities are to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, while also being there for our many clients who depend on the
continuity of our services.
As the situation unfolds, our management team has reviewed all of the options that are in the best interest of both our employees and our clients. In an effort to better protect our working staff, all of our global offices are following the guidelines and best practices put forth by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local governments. In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have granted all employees the ability to work remotely when possible, and placed a 14-day quarantine mandate for any employees (or those whose household family members) who have recently traveled or been exposed to the virus.
Intercash takes great pride in the service and support we provide to our many clients throughout the world. While we realize the situation remains quite fluid, with information updating on a daily basis, for the time being we are pleased to inform you that all of our products and services will remain in operation with the full function and high-quality to which you’ve grown accustomed. We understand how vital our payment services can be for a person or business during these unsure times, and our staff are working hard to ensure all of your needs are met as we deal with this unprecedented situation.
