October 20, 2020 - While many people know about Intercash and our global payment solutions, there are a lot of people working hard behind-the-scenes in order to support your business. In this article, we are speaking with Intercash team member, Nicholas Bellissimo.
What is your role at Intercash?
My role at Intercash is Head of Customer Support.
What does your job entail?
In short, my job requires me to understand the needs of our cardholders. I am committed to assisting all our cardholders, resolving their questions in a reasonable timeframe and exceeding their expectations for customer support. Additionally, the customer support team is always looking for ways to optimize our online platform for an improved cardholder experience.
How long have you worked at Intercash?
I’ve been part on the Intercash team for just over 2 years now.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is being able to help our cardholders and also to be working with such a great, enthusiastic team. Everyone works well together and is always willing to help one another out!
What is your favorite memory from work?
My favorite memory of work is the intense games of ping pong we would play at lunch. (Before COVID, of course)
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
When I’m not at work, I like to spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I also enjoy keeping active by playing any sport and going to the gym.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
A fun fact about me is that I’m originally from Toronto and I’ve only been in Montreal for 3 years.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
If I could have one super power it would be to fly so I can go anywhere in the world to explore places in different countries I would not get a chance to see now.
