Aaron graduated from John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Finance and quickly developed an affinity for both sales and business development. Aaron joined the Intercash team in 2012, and has significantly contributed to enhancing the Intercash platform.

Having worked in the Payments industry for 20+ years, Parth has a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects. Since joining the Intercash Group in 2019, Parth has leveraged his experience in global acquiring & issuing to successfully lead and support the strategic growth of the business.

Al is a seasoned technology executive who drives strategic initiatives and delivers impactful solutions that fuel business growth. With deep expertise in IT, product engineering and security governance, he blends transformational leadership with a passion for innovation and data intelligence. 

Ryan is a sales and commercial executive with over 15 years of experience in the banking and payments industry. A graduate of the John Molson School of Business in Finance, Ryan has a strong record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading commercial strategy across global financial and fintech markets. 

Warren spent 28 years at McCarthy Tetrault, specializing in M&A, finance and corporate law. In 2007, Warren moved to Rio Tinto where he was General Counsel, M&A and Strategic Projects. Warren joined the Intercash Group in 2018 as Group General Counsel and provides legal support and invaluable business insight to the Group.

Richard Ebbutt is an experienced executive director with over 30 years’ international experience in Fintech, eGaming, telecommunications, FMCG and retail. Richard specialises in strategic marketing, business development and brand growth, helping market-leading organisations expand globally and achieve sustained commercial success in highly competitive sectors.

Alexandria is a Finance leader with 15 years of experience across high-growth companies, from smaller rapidly expanding organizations to large public enterprises. With 10 years in fintech, she specializes in financial operations and treasury and is recognized for pragmatically building finance teams from the ground up. She holds a Finance and Economics degree from McGill University.

With over 28 years in Finance, Hazel began her career in Banking before moving on to the Fiduciary sector. Hazel has specialised in Compliance & AML over the past two decades, earning a Fellow Membership with the International Compliance Association and holding International Diplomas in both Compliance and AML.
